Defining metric of success for a product

Using the Product that You created in Week 4 describe the following:

  • How do you define your metric of success for the product? Is it in Units?  Is it in Market penetration? Is it in dollars sold?  Is it another metric?  Why?
  • Create a dashboard for your product. It doesn’t have to be complicated.  Integrate your metrics for success here
  • How are your marketing strategies going to differ and change based on what your metrics are telling you? IE how are you going to handle the differing parts of the product life cycle
