• Analyze each of the elements of Reeves (2010), the applicable defenses in the case, and the basis for the court’s ruling. • Analyze the possible liability in Reeves (2010), if the sexual harasser(s) were an independent contractor versus an employee.

Cite to at least three (3) peer-reviewed sources.
