Should human rights be defined as moral or legal rights?

There are two question that you have two answer. For each question you have to use 3 MLA sources- 6 in total. You have to write only 1000 words + work cited page. Do not exceed 1000 words for the two questions.

  2. Which one do you think works best: restorative or redistributive justice, and why?
