Negotiation at Work

1. Select a conflict or issue that you would like to resolve at work, individually or as part of a team or group.

2. Complete the 10 question Planning Guide for a negotiation that you will conduct.

2. Conduct the negotiation.

3. Write a four page APA Style paper titled Negotiation at Work using at least 2 references  (1) summarizing the actual planning for the negotiation, (2) the execution of the negotiation, including application of strategies, techniques, models identified and cited with references, (3) report of results/outcome, and, (4) conclude with what you learned, what worked, what didn’t work, and what you would do differently if you had it to do over again

4. Please include the planning guide when you submit the paper.
