It’s basically showing that her- had a higher peak of combined genes compared to her+ which had less overall, but had a separate peak for the HER2 gene that was not seen in HER-

So I kinda interpreted that as the fact that her- has to have multiple drivers whether that be er or pr or something else, whereas her2 can literally just her2 pr- er- and be caused only by up regulation of HER2 (which would be that one other peak on the graph)
